Qualification: Training in construction, e.g. as a specialist in track construction, civil engineering or road construction, with further training to the tested polisher (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d); alternatively experience as a foreman (m/w/d) Experience: Multiannual experience in track construction, civil engineering or railway infrastructure Knowledge: Safe handling of technical regulations (DB guidelines, VOB, DIN standards) Personality: Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, team spirit, feasibility and sense of responsibility Enthusiasm: willingness to work at weekends, assembly and shifts in predominantly regional construction sites Mobility: driving licence (class B) required (service cars for private use)
