Regional Manager Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a regional manager in the technical facility management (m/w/d) in full time in Marburg.

Monitoring and ensuring the contractually agreed service provision for an assigned customer region Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in operational processes (Continuous Improvement) using best practice methods Development of customer-specific maintenance strategies taking into account defined KPI Full budget responsibility as well as regular forecasts for the respective customer locations to achieve the business plans Implementation of deviation and cost analyses incl. Monitoring of appropriate measures Strategic control of external suppliers and service partners to ensure optimal pricing and service-level performance Implementation and control of safety and compliance programs to comply with QHSE standards and local and national regulations Maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all hierarchical levels to strengthen business relationships Discipline leadership and deployment planning of the team as well as further development through mentoring

Complete technical studies with focus on facility management (or comparable) or completed master or technician training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function and industry Detectional leadership experience – both professional and disciplinary Very good business understanding High organisational skills and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary tasks Embossed Analytical Skills Excellent communication skills – oral and written Experience in the application and enforcement of QHSE processes Structured, motivated personality, resilient even in stressful situations Strong service orientation Safe handling of MS Office Good knowledge of English
