A completed training – ideally in the commercial sector, in the staff service or in sales Alternative: detectable professional experience in B2B sales or personnel service Final Strength: You conduct conversations and bring them to a result Self-motivation and bite – you don't wait for leads, you create them Empathy for customer problems combined with the will to solve them Structured operation and clean documentation in CRM
