You are responsible for the company's product innovations and modifications with your small team: from the evaluation and processing of raw materials, the screening of suppliers (e.g. new raw materials) to the development of recipes with various additives, to market analysis (trends, competitors, innovations, regulations) and product and/or customer-specific compounding. As a responsible person for these chemical and procedural issues, you have close contact with production customers.
