Quality Assurance Laboratory Group Coordinator (m/f/d)

Organisation of the timely implementation of chemical and physical analyses of conventional tobacco products and non- tobacco materials in accordance with the defined quality programmes Assessment and approval of measurement results in the laboratory's data system (LIMS), release of analytical results in the context of the incoming goods control and transfer of results to internal customers and suppliers Ensuring the internal quality management system (QMS) and ISO-17025 requirements as well as creating corresponding QM documents Planning, organisation and statistical analysis of national and international ring trials (internal studies and studies with suppliers) Cooperation with other laboratories as tasks are distributed across different laboratories Training and training of laboratory staff

Relevant training: successfully completed studies in a technical and scientific field (e.g. chemistry, food technology) or a related scientific field Practical experience: Multiannual professional experience in the laboratory of an international company, preferably in the FMCG industry Valuable knowledge: technical and analytical understanding of instrumental analysis (e.g. GC, HPLC, NIR), deepened knowledge of quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 17025), very good MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP knowledge, fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Special strengths: Insufficient experience in employee management, high social competence and very good organizational capacity Adaptive personality: flexibility, stress resistance and reliability as well as self-initiative and strong communication skills Active working time model: sliding time
