Management and strategic support of residential and commercial real estate Owners of a real estate portfolio taking into account economic and technical aspects

Building and contract management: coordination and monitoring of maintenance of technical building equipment (TGA), coordination and monitoring of ongoing building operations and rehabilitation and modernisation measures, and Examination and management of relevant service and maintenance contracts
