You independently take over the legal examination and develop practical solutions to questions of individual and collective labour law, including collective bargaining law and equality and severely handicapped persons' rights. In close cooperation with the Corporate Law Department and the Employers' Association, you represent the interests of the company, including the participation in labour court proceedings. You advise personnel management as well as executives in all labour law matters and assist them as a competent contact person. An essential part of your activity is the creation, negotiation and implementation of business agreements and trusting cooperation with the social partners. You lead personnel talks to complex personal data and contribute to fair, legal and sustainable solutions. In addition, you will design and carry out trainings and further training on labour and collective bargaining. Current legal and collective bargaining developments keep you constantly in mind, analyze their impact and derive concrete action requirements for the plant.

Completed university degree in law with two legal state sexamina (at least fully satisfied). Pre-experiences in a law firm or a lawyer's admission are desirable. Very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law, equality and severely disabled rights, as well as in the Labour Constitution Act. Joy in solving complex legal problems in a dynamic and constantly evolving legal area. German and English skills.
