Continuous optimization and dynamisation of the area while ensuring a sustainable efficient operation of quality assurance and quality management Overall responsibility for ensuring and improving quality in ensuring delivery, quality planning and proactive development of quality assurance processes Professional and disciplinary leadership of executives and employees Central contact for external partners and test instances Close coordination with project management and the respective team leaders in production, with regard to the necessary measures in case of complaints Collection and processing of error messages in complaints Monitoring and further development of in- and external quality data management Training of quality and production staff on quality issues to prevent proactive potential sources of error Organisation and implementation of internal quality and supplier audits Require and evaluate the quality-relevant data, create reports and derive necessary measures Direct and close cooperation with the management

Complete technical studies (e.g. materials engineering), with a focus on quality and an extended, specialist additional qualification Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in quality management and in the implementation of optimization projects Routinized handling of tools and processes such as KVP, FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D reports Multiannual experience in employee management Extensive practical knowledge as an internal auditor Service orientation with focus on high internal and external customer satisfaction Analytical-strategic thinking personality with high implementation strength, solution orientation and negotiation skills Knowledge of technical optics of advantage Good communication and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
