Independent processing and responsibility of ongoing financial accounting Completion and clarification of property, debitor, creditor and balance sheet accounts Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, including final accounts and provisions Management of asset accounting and settlement of payment transactions Compilation of tax reports and assessment of tax and balance sheet issues Creation of business analysis and support in liquidity planning Contact person for management, auditors, tax advisors, banks and internal departments Accompanying annual audits and audits as well as further development and digitization of financial processesDebitor and creditor accounting Creation of financial statements Implementation of payment procedures Account clarification and balance voting Contact person for employees, auditors, tax advisors and banks Creation of business evaluations and analyses for management

Completed commercial or tax training, ideally with further training to the account holder, tax specialist or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and monthly and annual accounts Knowledge gained in trade and tax law, in particular in turnover tax law Security in the independent assessment of tax and balance sheet issues Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP and financial accounting systems A structured, independent and careful approach to figures Communication strength and sense of responsibility in dealing with internal and external contacts
