Quality Management Staff (m/f/d)

You actively shape the further development of our quality management system and ensure the effective implementation of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in the daily business. In addition, you provide clear standards, loadable proofs and consistent processing of deviations so that quality in the company works measurably and reliably. Your tasks: Care and continuous development of the QM system DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Planning, accompanying and consistently maintaining internal and external audits Support quality assurance in complaints and 8D methodologically and ensure the effectiveness of the measures on the system side With enthusiasm and conviction processes communicate clearly and understandably, establish them actively and proactively throughout the company and anchor them sustainably Take responsibility for the entire KPI management – evaluate key figures, maintain improvements and support proof/compliance pragmatically

Technical or commercial training with experienced practical experience in quality management – we are looking for pragmatic quality professionals with Hands‐on mentality – Practical understanding of ISO 9001 and safe handling of documentation and verification requirements in the quality management system Experience in process documentation (SOPs, WIs, Flowcharts) and consistent follow-up of measures Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Clarity in communication and perseverance in action tracking Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience Your profile – our Nice-to-have: Experience in quality functions (e.g. audit preparation/ implementation, complaints, 8D) Experience with internal audits/external audits, CAPA and effectiveness audits Experience with Stage Gate and Release Processes Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio Your success in the first 90 days: You have prioritized, tested and updated the documentation of the management, core and support processes and created and updated the first central documents (SOPs/WIs) You have created/reprocessed the associated flowcharts and compared with process map and practice First internal audit planned, carried out and evaluated (incl. action plan)
