Team Leader Vehicle Electrics (m/f/d)

You ensure the execution of the production orders according to work plan according to time and schedule. Monitoring and ensuring timeliness at all workplaces based on relevant key figures as well as during daily production meetings is one of your tasks. You organize the workflows in close coordination with the production control. The functionality of machines, plants and equipment is monitored by you. You ensure compliance with product quality and the applicable quality guidelines. You regularly carry out employee instructions and ensure the sustainable removal of causes of errors. You take over the personnel deployment planning and disposition taking into account the operational requirements (e.g. layering, multi-working or replanning in case of malfunctions). The assignment of tasks, taking into account the professional suitability of employees and the operational incorporation of new employees, are within your responsibility. You support the Head of Division and take over in the absence of its representation.

You have completed vocational training in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering, as well as a relevant additional qualification or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the field of mechatronics/electrics will bring you with you.

Find out product knowledge and knowledge of production and assembly processes. Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. labour law, occupational safety, UVV, ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, MPS, LEAN) complete your professional profile. You have basic leadership skills as well as knowledge of methods, in particular in problem solving techniques and in shopfloor management. Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications is one of your strengths. A high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility is yours.
