Central contact person of the Supply Chain for all IT issues in cooperation with the internal IT company (Sonepar Deutschland Information Services GmbH) and external IT service providers Conception, construction and perception of control and adc-hoc appointments / communication of the Supply Chain area with stakeholders of the internal and external IT organization Recording, evaluation, processing and coordination of optimizations, bug fixes and functional extensions of the IT applications used in the Supply Chain area in cooperation with IT Improving the quality of requirements and implementation when adapting IT systems and functions in the supply chain Creation of action recommendations and work instructions Indentification of CRM potentials and development of concrete solutions and implementation management Identification of Improvement Potentials/Best Practices in Business Processes Development, planning and coordination of measures for sustainable, optimized cooperation of the department Evaluation of new technologies and best practices for sustainable efficiency and quality improvement in the supply chain Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects to ensure the consideration of logistical frameworks and thus to increase the quality of implementation

Training, further education in the field of supply chain or IT, alternative commercial/technical studies Funded understanding of supply chain processes and their integration in IT systems Practical experience with Inconso, Körber, Infios SCE/WMS/TMS appliances would be helpful, if necessary SAP Excellent cross-disciplinary communication and team skills Service orientation, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to identify complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions
