We are looking for an event and exhibition technician*in with event coordination (m/w/d) at the Stadthaus next time Part-time, fixed-term The agency covers an employment of 19.5 hours per week (50%) and is limited until 31 March 2027 as part of a medical representation. The town house Ulm is a central meeting place for culture, congresses and public events. Organizers, artists and audiences come together here, while organization, technology and processes are professionally implemented. The townhouse combines technical infrastructure, organization and cultural events in a listed building.

Payment is made by 9a TVöD.

Your tasks: Organisation, coordination and implementation of events (day, evening, weekends and holidays) technical planning and dismantling of exhibitions (e.g. photography, art, video, installations) Takeover of the event management with organisational, coordinating and representative responsibility Installation, operation and support of the event technology (tone, light, projection, camera/video technology etc.) Monitoring of domestic engineering and participation in maintenance of the listed building

Your profile: completed training in a craftsmanship with profound experience in the exhibition area or completed training as an event technician*in strong organisational and coordination capabilities Joy of dealing with people and a safe and service-oriented appearance Ability to keep track of parallel processes and set clear priorities independent, reliable and solution-oriented operation combined with team capability, flexibility and loadability readiness for flexible working hours according to the requirements of the event
