Training Coordinator Equipment / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Training coordination: Control and structuring of training processes within the field of equipment / electrical engineering and planning of training stations and areas of application Training standards: implementation and maintenance of the central training guidelines and ensuring compliance with operational training plans within the field Junior development: participation in the recruiting process, organisation of onboarding and individual learning support Quality Assurance: Ensuring transparent coordination processes between trainers, training officers and managers as well as monitoring compliance with legal requirements

Qualification: Complete technical vocational training, e.g. as an electronic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d); alternatively commercial training with a strong technical understanding Training certificate: AEVO training certificate (IHK) or the willingness to acquire this timely Professional experience: experience in dealing with young people and in organizing training processes Skills: Structured mode of operation, organisational strength as well as pronounced communication and coordination skills in dealing with different disciplines Commitment: Joy in working with young people and motivation to develop training quality actively
