♪ Your future task:

• Operational supervision of order processing

• Installation of orders in Autoline and transfer to production

• Control and completion of the order documents

• Order billing

• Creation of invoice tags and custom statistics

• Maintenance and input of master data

• Contact person for Autoline user questions incl. Ticket tracking in IT posts

Your profile for the Job Personnel (w/m/d)

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in order processing, ideally in the automotive sector

• Safe handling of autoline or comparable DMS systems

• Structured, independent operation with a view to process optimization

• Flexibility in the working time model depending on the job situation
