a completed 3 year nursing training - further training as a nephrological specialist caregiver would be desirable, but can also be recovered Experience in the management of a station or a functional area (a training can be retrieved in a reasonable period of time) Commitment, flexibility and self-initiative in the exercise of your activity Sensitivity and appreciation, respectful handling of patients and their relatives a high level of social, technical and communication skills Openness for new things and the willingness to continue and further education Experience in dialysis desirable but not absolutely necessary In addition to applicants (m/w/d) born 01.01.1971: sufficient vaccination or immunity against measles
