Social pedagogue for the AsAflex measure in Celle (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

For the social pedagogical support and support of our participants in the assisted training (AsA flex), we are looking for a dedicated social pedagogical specialist:

• Social pedagogical advice, support and support for adults and young people
• Group offers to promote key qualifications, health promotion, motivation promotion
• Individual offers for demolition prevention
• Support in addressing problems
• if necessary Introduction of transitions into offers of the social assistance network
• Cooperation with the pedagogical experts of the teams to implement individual funding planning
• Implementation and documentation of competence analyses, creation of individual activation and funding plans and quality reporting

Your profile

• Graduate degree Dipl. Social pedagoguein, Social work or pedagoguein (Diplom, Master, Bachelor); alternatively vocational education as an educator*in with state. Recognition and additional qualification and at least one-year professional experience with young people or adults
• Knowledge of offers in the social help network
• Impressed team capacity and willingness to implement the individual funding objectives of the participants
• Good communication skills and cooperation in cooperation with the actors involved in vocational integration and social stabilization
• Motivation and commitment
• Good planning capability and organizational capacity
• Good computer competence (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail, MSSV)
• Class B driving licence, mobility
