For our branch in Braunschweig we are looking for a service manager (m/w/d).

Leadership and coordination of a dedicated customer service team Control of after-sales processes (assembly disposition, warranty, culmination) Planning and monitoring of workshop operations Management and tracking of workshop orders Creation of cost proposals and provision Active participation and further development of the service area Direct customer communication for order matching, advisory and status feedback clarification of order changes (termination, costs) Technical support for customers and service technicians

Technical vocational training, or commercial training with a high technical understanding Professional experience in construction, agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicle Practical experience in hydraulics, mechanics and electronics Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Self-responsible, motivating and result-oriented operation You do not meet all requirements?
