We are looking for committed project developers (m/w/d) for the holistic design of stationary battery storage systems. You will be significantly involved in the planning and implementation of innovative storage projects in Germany and actively shape the energy transition. Part of the project development team and responsible for the holistic design of stationary battery storage systems. Development of projects from location identification, potential analysis through area acquisitions to building clearance and ensuring the achievement of the flexibility objectives. Close exchange with relevant network operators regarding the network compatibility of the planned storage systems. Continuous evaluation of the cost-effectiveness of storage projects and contribution to efficiency enhancement. Negotiating with landowners and ensuring the project locations for the battery storage systems. Representation of the company with municipalities and authorities to ensure acceptance and approval for projects. Planning of plants in coordination with the engineering department and obtaining the necessary permits for construction. Active cooperation in the further development of processes and standards to ensure continuous optimization.

Complete master's, bachelor's studies or training as an industrial engineer in electrical engineering, renewable energies, business management or in a comparable field. Experience in the development of the project in the energy or real estate sector, ideally focusing on battery-sized storage projects or PV-free space systems. Entrepreneurial mindset and convincing skills in the development and pragmatic implementation of customer-oriented solutions. Excellent negotiating, communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to approach people in a sympathetic way.
