The University Hospital Freiburg is a hospital with a maximum of 2,100 beds, whose catchment area extends from Basel to Karlsruhe, from the French border to the Lake Constance. Our contractor agency acts as a staff member of the Executive Board and combines planning competence with strategic understanding and enforcement.

Total responsibility for construction projects> 50 million € – from phase 0 to clinical commissioning first contact personin (m/w/d) for users, planners, construction companies and authorities Control of project objectives with regard to appointment, quality and budget Contract management (HOAI, VOB, AHO, VgV), incl. follow-up negotiations and coordination with the internal branch of the staff office Stakeholder management with medicine, care, technology and administration regular reporting to steering groups and the Executive Board, in particular with regard to budget and risk situation professional leadership and coaching of colleagues in the staff office optional: design authorin on behalf of the UKF according to LBO BW desirable: Experience with 3D models (BIM)

completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, TGA, economic engineering, real estate management or hospital engineering multiannual experience in the successful project management of complex building projects – ideally in healthcare deep knowledge of contracting (HOAI, VOB, AHO) Communication strength and negotiation security at all levels Experience in complex corporate or administrative structures strong leadership or coaching skills
