• As an IT expert:in you will address problems from the analysis phase to the solution.

• You analyze complex disruptions in customer infrastructure, identify potential sources and correct the causes.

• You accompany the customer and are contact person:until the regular operation is restored.

• As an IT administrator, you always have a look at the further development and optimization of the areas of server, storage, backup, network, virtualization, Microsoft server environments.

• Furthermore, your tasks include documentation of your activities in the internal KnowledgeBase and the ticket system.

• Complete vocational training in IT

• Project experience or multi-year professional experience in 2nd level support in environments with at least 50 IT sessions

• Funded IT-based knowledge and interest in new IT technologies

• Very good knowledge in at least two of these areas: storage, virtualization, backup solutions, network, Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Exchange, Windows server, Azure, O365 etc.) or Citrix XenDesktop
