The “Service Sales” department is responsible for and advises our customers about the long-term and smooth operation of MARTIN facilities. With our customer-friendly service product portfolio, we use the various requirements over the operating period and are a reliable partner to our customers. The service sales department is the first contact for our customers to connect to the MARTIN organization. Sales of services and spare parts Requirement recognition for customers and the following development of projects Customer development and management (including customer visits) for assigned customers Offer creation, management and meeting as well as tracking at assigned customers Representation at trade fairs and events Maintenance of customer master data Development & further development of service products

Successful completion in the field of economic or engineering or adequate technical training with relevant and proven professional experience First sales experience of advantage as well as passion for sales and customer retention Experience in plant, machine, steel, pipeline or power plant construction Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Strong communication capability, also in English Self-employed, dedicated, team-oriented working with a high degree of reliability, flexibility and durability Self-motivation and the ability to develop and develop long-term relationships with partners readiness to travel in Germany and abroad Customer and service character in the form of liability and solution orientation
