We are looking for you as a strategic buyer (m/w/d).

Market analyses: observing the market, innovations, price fluctuations and new trends at an early stage. Reporting: Creation of reports and cost analyses, documentation of savings and monitoring of supplier efficiency. Quality assurance: Ensure that the delivered products and services meet the requirements and standards. Contract negotiations: negotiate prices, delivery conditions and service level agreements (SLAs) Supplier selection: TCO analyses to achieve comparability. Purchasing Strategy: Development of the Purchasing, and Procurement Strategy to Optimize Costs and Supply Chain (SC) Cost control: monitoring and analysis of expenditure and ensuring that the budget is complied with. Risk management: identification or Minimisation of risks before tendering and contracting. Supplier management: Construction and maintenance of suppliers direction strategic partners to secure prices and SC.

Strategic thinking & communication strength Embossed strategic thinking combined with high communication skills – essential for successful purchasing and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Negotiation Security & Contract Management Secure negotiation skills to optimize prices and conditions – always in line with the General Terms and Conditions. Knowledge gained in national and international contract law completes the profile in contract management. Analytical skills & offer evaluation Strong analytical competence for the systematic evaluation and structuring of data and for the effective comparison of offers – for sound, economic purchasing decisions. SAP knowledge & ERP competence Deep know-how in handling the SAP system for efficient purchasing processes and transparent processes within the supply chain. Knowledge of global purchasing knowledge of English in word and writing; Spanish knowledge as an additional advantage in the international procurement environment. Project Management & Call Management Experience in project management as a valuable addition to the structured and targeted execution of tenders and procurement projects. Problem solving competence in the supply chain High solution orientation in the event of challenges in the supply chain, in the day-to-day business or in contractual issues – fast, practical implementation of measures.
