Strategic and operational development of material management within the group of companies – focusing on process harmonisation, system integration (SAP S / 4HANA), digitalization and structured roll-out support at more than 30 independent locations. Acceptance of responsibility for the analysis, design and continuous optimization of the material economic processes in the group of companies including Implementation of standards at locations Design and coordination of change management measures for site integration and activation Professional and disciplinary leadership of (two) employees of the Material Industry department Participation in roll-out on SAP and perspective migration to S/4HANA, in the modules MM and SD Control of the introduction of new SAP functionalities, including testing, training, go-live management and follow-up Building a number-based control and monitoring system for material management Department of Materials Management as a central function for issues relating to warehouse management, inventory management, disposition and logistics processes Close cooperation with SAP technical support and master data management to ensure data quality and process consistency Close coordination with the area of purchasing to strategic projects

Successfully completed studies in BWL, logistics, industrial engineering or comparable direction Multiannual relevant professional experience in materials management, ideally in decentralized organizational structures Funded knowledge with ERP systems, ideally SAP Experience in managing or controlling projects for process standardization and roll-out projects Very good understanding of data and process architecture Impressed communication strength, persuasive power and moderation capability Sovereign dealing with heterogeneous stakeholders and different interests High self-initiative, structured working and project responsibility Change competence and readiness to travel (approximately 20 – 30 %) within the framework of roll-out phases Knowledge in health is desirable, but not necessarily necessary
