Control and coordination of the internal supply process with all departments involved and coordination of the internal supply team Sighting, recording, evaluation and testing of request documents as well as deriving customer-specific requirements incl. Testing for completeness Creating the offer structure and the offer plan in the function as an interface between sales manager and offer team Support of sales manager in the development and presentation of the offer strategy Use of internal IT tools and databases for effective control of progress in the supply process Timely and efficient completion of offers in compliance with budget requirements for the international and national market Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and processes Creating or contributing content (texts, graphics, images) to the offer documents Continuous testing of the quality of supply documents and ensuring compliance with customer requirements Supporting the sales process for new projects by creating concept papers, presentations and market analyses

Successfully completed studies in business management, communication sciences, engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position in supply management, sales or project management Business and legal/contractual understanding Advantageous knowledge of procurement processes in the public sector (B2G) Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in the proposal/bid management of aviation technologies, and/or investment goods and/or armaments industry in need of explanation readiness to travel Structured and self-sponsored working in writing complex topics and excellent analytical skills Convincing and strong personality with clear customer orientation and communication skills
