For our Team Information Security we are now looking for a motivated and experienced team member as Information Security Consultant (m/w/d) in an indefinite permanent permanent position in full time (40 hours/week).

Location: Lübeck | Hybrid with regular local presence possible in Lübeck

In this role, you actively shape the further development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001, support service providers audits and ensure that regulatory requirements and safety standards are implemented in practice. Together with the departments and the CISO, you will strengthen our information security and continuously develop our security culture.

ISMS further development & compliance: Continuous maintenance and updating of all ISMS guidelines, integration of new regulatory requirements as well as standard-compliant consulting of the branch areas in process design. Audit Management & Reporting: Own-sponsored planning and implementation of audits, compilation of detailed audit reports and preparation of results for the annual management review. Action tracking & GRC-Tooling: definition and controlling of corrective measures, continuous optimization of the GRC system and active participation in building the internal control system (IKS). Security Awareness & Training: Strategic training planning, administrative and content support of the Awareness platform and statistical evaluation of key figures. Process & Risk Management: Structured recording and mapping of department-specific processes in the GRC system as well as professional support of Risk Owner in systematic risk analysis.

Qualification: Complete study, for example, in the field of IT security or (economic) computer science. Alternatively, a comparable qualification with a multi-year professional experience and experience in the further development of an ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001; appropriate certifications are a plus Audit & Risk: Experience in independent planning and implementation of audits, risk assessments and follow-up of corrective actions GRC & Tools: Practical experience with GRC systems as well as awareness platforms Languages: Very good German and English skills complete your profile That makes you Team-oriented: joy in cooperation and in connecting different perspectives Pragmatic & structured: You bring order into complex topics and find solutions that work in everyday work Strong communication: safe and diplomatic appearance as well as the ability to gain different contacts for common solutions Own-initiative: You recognize the need for action, drive themes forward independently and take responsibility
