In regulated succession, we are currently looking for a Head of Quality (m/w/d) with experience in the practice of machine and plant engineering.

In your role as Head of Quality / Quality Assurance (m/w/d) lead and develop your five-person team and report directly to the management. On the one hand, you are responsible for QS in the operating daily business. On the other hand, you are conducting quality projects - e.g. the digitization of the Q sector, the expansion of Q reporting as well as the establishment of a factory self-examination.

Professional and disciplinary responsibility of your team of five employees from quality management and quality assurance Conception and implementation of a contemporary quality pre-planning including interfaces to other disciplines such as R&E, production and project management Further expansion of the CAQ system BABTEC and introduction of further modules Development and evaluation of QS key figures / KPIs for better management of the quality and consulting sector Establishing standards and best practices, including sharing knowledge through trainings and workshops

Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering or a technical training with further training as a technician/master (m/w/d) Experience in the field of quality, quality, quality assurance in the production environment, ideally in machine and plant engineering knowledge of the design and optimization of process processes as well as safe application of the most common tools and methods such as FMEA, SPC or Ishikawa Qualifications in QS / QM e.g. as internal auditor or quality manager (m/w/d) are advantageous Structured operation, problem-solving competence as well as the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
