General administrative support in daily correspondence, scheduling and office organization Own-sponsored coordination and settlement of operations related to planning and construction in cooperation with internal parties and with external third parties, such as architectural and engineering offices, executive companies and authorities Administrative support of the project teams in the case of routine tasks of planning and construction, the creation and evaluation of tenders and the award and commissioning of planning and construction services Responsible coordination and settlement of warranty and defect management

After their completed commercial training, you could gain several years of professional experience in office management, e.g. as a team or project assistant, preferably in the construction industry or in the real estate environment As a result-oriented and communicative personality, you combine good organizational skills with independent working and safe handling of MS Office standard applications.
