Projektingenieur (m/w/d)

We are looking for a large customer from the fine-mechanical-optical industry an object technician for the Wetzlar site.

In this position you are part of a fixed team and work closely with the object manager. They take over the organization, control and implementation of maintenance and repair work on the building systems. In addition, you will take care of the optimization of existing plants and operations, especially in the areas of sanitary and heating.

As this is a fixed location, no travel activity is incurred.

• Support and control of external service providers in projects and repairs
• Collection and documentation of the work carried out and defects in components
• Support of the head of the object in the maintenance of reporting (monthly and quarterly reports)
• Self-employed carrying out minor repairs
• Analysis and optimization of operations and technical installations, focusing on sanitary and heating systems
• Participation in the standby service, including use of a pool vehicle

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete vocational training as a plant mechanic SHK, heating farmer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the field of domestic or building technology, in particular in the maintenance and repair of sanitary, heating and air conditioning systems
• Teamability and good communication skills, especially in cooperation with the customer, the team and external service providers
• Pleasure to solve technical problems and to deal with the customer
• Class B licence for use in standby services
