Compilation and monitoring of compliance with the production plan Ensuring production processes in quantity and quality Processing/ Removal of Deviations/ Disorders during the Layer Authorisation within the shift to employees Conduct, support and monitor training success Line release at order start Ensuring the flow of information between the layers, the department heads and other organizational units (vote to capacity issues, transfer of layer documentation, transfer of layer with mechanic etc.) Line removal after cleaning; Line release after faults if required Ensuring joint decision-making and cooperative work in the shift Continuing indirect activities (compare batch docue, delivery of packaging orders, etc.) need for shiftwork, two or more Three layer, depending on the layer plan

Education in the pharmaceutical environment and/or food sector and/or completed vocational training (required) At least 5 years of expertise in packaging, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in a role with leadership responsibility (pre-workers, shift managers) would be advantageous. Technical understanding with good understanding Communication and team skills Good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed GMP and quality awareness Good knowledge in the MS Office package, SAP knowledge desired
