*** superior Landhotel Karrenberg has 35 guest rooms, 7 conference and group rooms, the á-la-carte-restaurant „Olla ́s“, the bar „Römerstube“ as well as outdoor dining and a 30,000 sqm outdoor area. Our restaurant has 100 seats in the indoor and further 100 seats in the outdoor area. Our target groups include business and individual travellers, conference and seminar customers of companies, associations and associations as well as ecclesiastical and bus travel groups.

In collaboration with the chef: Responsibility for coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process: e.g. creation of menus and daily cards, recipes and calculation of dishes, order of goods Develop creative ideas for action cards, menu sequences and buffets Pre- and post-processing (Mise-en-place) active and creative contribution to the continuous improvement of performance, efficiency and quality of the offer Creating the service and holiday plans for the kitchen staff compliance and control of the specified standards and implementation and control of the value standards Cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines Accommodation in a staff room is possible by way of departure

You have a training as a cook and could already gain some years in the kitchen experience You love to inspire your guests again and again You are helpful and open to all guest requests You are an organizational institution and loves structured work Good ways of handling and appearance are of course for you You speak German in Word and Scripture
