You are for the human-centric and life-world-oriented advice and support of children and young people with disabilities or their parents/suppliers and other parties responsible for providing and coordinating appropriate assistance You process applications for integration aid under SGB VIII and SGB IX (2nd part) You determine and describe the individual participation requirement in the form of an assessment according to ICF criteria You coordinate externally the pedagogical case management and cooperation with other rehabilitation bodies, educational institutions and cooperation partners in the context of the overall/participatory plan of integration aid (GTE) You work internally within the field within the framework of the pedagogical case control closely with the further educational services of the department in the sense of an inclusive holistic approach. You implement the protection order to ensure child welfare
