You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the FIEGE-Lean strategy at Burgwedel. You tax, act and monitor the strategy implementation in close coordination with the executives. You are the interface to the Lean Management Network at business and branch level and to the customer. You regularly set up internal and external benchmarking to generate new impulses. You take the coaching/training of executives and employees in the practical implementation of lean management. In this context you guide workshops and projects. You ensure the sustainability of the implemented lean management methods and tools. You conduct process analyses and identify potential improvements for our logistics processes. You document best practices and provide them to the network. You will start an annual planning of Lean measures to generate savings.

Ideally, you have a successfully completed commercial/technical study with the focus on logistics or relevant professional experience in this field. You have a training in lean management or the certification Six Sigma Green Belt. You have experience in the introduction and application of lean management systems and are confident in using lean management methods/tools as well as KVP measures. You're going sovereign with MS Office and have a number affinity. Your German knowledge is at least on level C2. You are a team player (w/m/d) with communication skills and good presentation and method skills. You have an analytical, conceptual and self-responsive way of working and are targeted and result-oriented. You have practical know-how in project management and change management. You work structured and process-oriented and have social competence at different hierarchical levels.
