The study is divided into 6 semesters including Bachelor thesis with alternating theoretical and practical phases: In planning and construction, you will learn the technical supply of entire buildings, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, sanitary, water and gas technology Fit for future – You will learn the environmentally sound energy supply of our buildings in order to be able to actively contribute to the energy transition in the future through technical solutions In the practical phase, you will run various departments of the technical interior service Furthermore, nationwide deployments are planned, in which you actively participate in the construction management of our projects. Requirements for studying in cooperation with the Berufsakademie Sachsen in Riesa are: General Higher Education, Higher Education or Professional Qualifications (Alternative: equivalent training, successful master examination or training completion) Good services in mathematics, physics and German Interest in the construction industry, technical understanding and readiness for nationwide applications Embossed team skills, communication skills and readiness
