In the future, this offer will be extended beyond the city center to other districts/city districts. • Self-employed, regularly and value-estimating contact with potential clients, build a working relationship, identify and process needs together, offer individual advice and support
• Crisis intervention and mediation in further support options, e.g. therapies, housing forms or other help for people in housing emergency situations
• Support in the implementation of claims (e.g. application for social assistance benefits)
• In the focus of public attention professionally deal with conflicts of interest and goal, partyly in order to actively integrate links for clients and their lives and, on the other hand, for example, the interests of residents into the help process
• Gender-sensitive support (especially when working with women in housing emergency situations)
• Network work (including the violence protection system and women's counselling centres), participation in meetings and meetings also outside the usual office hours

Notes and values The grouping is based on the S12 TVöD-SuE (B XXIV Appendix 1 – Remuneration Regulation (VKA). The workplace is open to employees in the tariff area.

The full-time jobs must be filled with 39 hours per week at the earliest possible time until 31.12.2026. An extension is sought. Employment is also possible in parttime. We like to talk to you about practical working time models.
