Training of commercial trainees: To provide all relevant content of training occupations in the commercial sector (in particular accounting, investment and financing, as well as Human resources management Planning and implementation of teaching: Organisation, implementation and success control of practical training and learning groups Personal care: Professional support, exam preparation for the IHK final exam Part 1 & 2

Completed commercial training and ideally further training for/for trainers according to AEVO Professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably with training experience Educational skill and joy in dealing with young people Organisational capacity and self-initiative to actively and structured the training day Communication strength and team capacity for close cooperation with colleagues and trainees Willingness to continue training for modern and forward-looking training
