With sales in the three-digit million range, my client is an important player in the industry. The company provides a wide range of services, mainly in the areas of management and administration, for several parts of the group of companies. My client, an established company that has existed for decades, is looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d) in the Heilbronnn area at the next possible time. You analyze all relevant data in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Management departments and create meaningful reports for the plant You take responsibility for the continuous analysis of deviations based on the defined objectives, develop recommendations for action and coordinate their implementation with the department managers You monitor the development of manufacturing costs and conduct cost-effectiveness analyses for customers, products, product innovations and investments You work on optimizing existing control processes and develop the KPI systems You're reviewing interim and final products by HGB as part of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts You calculate efficiency programs and business cases, support budget planning and rolling billing

You have a degree in business administration (Uni/FH/DH) with a focus on accounting and/or controlling or a comparable training with a corresponding additional qualification You have well-founded professional experience in an industrial company (ideally from the FMCG industry) and are versed in production controlling You have very good knowledge in handling the current MS Office package (especially Excel) as well as a common ERP and BI system (preferably Navision and/or Power BI) You have pronounced analytical skills and always work targeted and efficient You are communicative, powerful and can initiate and accompany change processes You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
