About the company

The clinic of our client is a traditional and modern rehabilitation clinic. For over 130 years, it has been offering medical rehabilitation for adults, young people and children and is one of the major specialist clinics of its kind with 320 beds. Embedded in a quiet landscape, the clinic combines medical expertise with a relaxing environment that contributes significantly to a sustainable therapeutic success. The clinic includes three areas: internal medicine/cardiology, psychosomatics/psychotherapy as well as the clinic for children, young people and young adults. You treat a wide range of internalist, psychosomatic and paediatric diseases - including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, anxiety and stress disorders, asthma, neurodermitis and other psychosomatic indications. A special feature of the clinic is its holistic therapy concept, which includes both medical and educational and psychotherapeutic elements. In addition to classical medical measures, this includes physiotherapy, ergotherapy, sports and movement therapy, nutritional advice, music and dance therapy as well as psychotherapeutic conversations in individual and group settings. Every year, around 300 employees attend about 3,800 rehabilitation students.

You initiate and control the construction of a new acute psychosomatic department (min. 20 beds) - a centrally planned lighthouse project of the clinic You develop the medical-strategic orientation of the clinic and accompany the integration of a new acute-stationary performance range into an existing rehabilitation setting You are responsible for preparing and implementing the necessary admission, structural and quality requirements You are responsible for the overall commercial, medical and organizational responsibility for the clinic You ensure economic stability and are responsible for budget, reporting, quality management and controlling You control interdisciplinary processes and promote a modern, cooperative leadership culture

You have completed university studies in the field of health economics, medical, clinic or nursing management, BWL or comparable Funded management experience in the rehabilitation area is absolutely necessary Experience in acute settings (e.g. psychosomatics, psychiatry, internal medicine) is advantageous, but not a prerequisite Knowledge found in DRG and PEPP as well as in Reha accounting structures High competence in project management, change processes and strategy development Communication strength, persuasiveness and joy in building and development work Entrepreneurial thinking, paired with empathy and team orientation
