♪ Your future task:

• Technical support for complex building systems with focus on fire protection-relevant systems
• Coordination and leadership of a small, qualified team in the field of technical fire protection
• Planning and implementation of structural measures in conjunction with fire protection requirements – in particular for line and ventilation systems
• Consultation of the customer in the field of preventive construction and technical fire protection
• Development and implementation of holistic fire protection concepts in close coordination with domestic and safety technology
• Participation in project and construction meetings directly on site with the customer

Your profile for the location Coordinator for building and plant engineering fire protection (m/w/d):

• Completed training as technician, master or engineer in the field of building technology, utility technology, civil engineering or comparable discipline
• Development in the field of fire protection, ideally with completion as a specialist planner (m/w/d) for building fire protection (e.g. EIPOS)
• Professional experience in technical building equipment and plant fire protection
• Experience in the development of construction projects and construction sites
• First leadership experiences are desirable
• Self-employed, flexible and service-oriented
• Secure handling of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP PM of advantage
