Your tasks Medical case assessment: You analyze medical information from insured persons abroad, evaluate findings and decide on the transportability Return management: You check medically necessary return shipments to Germany or to the country of origin and pay attention to safety and medical adequacy Medical advice: You give clear professional recommendations to insured persons, relatives, clinics and internal assistance teams Medical assessments: You will start short medical reviews and reports, such as international assistance cases or national accident assistance International cooperation: You work with global branches and medical partners and bring your expertise into complex cases
