For our headquarters in Kitzingen, we are looking for one or more:

Account Manager (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours/week)

Organization is in your blood and you like to hold all threads in your hand? Then you're right with us! As an Office Manager (m/w/d), you can help your organizational staff to run smoothly, support our teams in day-to-day business and create the basis for successful cooperation.

Your Role – what awaits you: You organize and coordinate the daily office routine. You perform general administrative, organizational and assistance tasks. You're working on the inbox and mailbox. You support the management team in administrative and organizational tasks. You support the organization and booking of business trips. You take orders and manage office and consumables. You take the preparation and refurbishment of meetings. You support the HR team in administrative and organizational tasks. You are involved in mistime management and care for absences, holiday and illness reports. You coordinate the ordering and management of workwear. You enter the electronic closing system, manage transponders and access authorizations. You participate in the optimization of internal office and administration processes.

Your Profile – what you bring: You have a successfully completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial merchant/wife or a comparable qualification. You have professional experience in office management, in an assistance function or in a comparable commercial environment. You're sure to deal with the current MS Office applications and work quickly into new systems. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and feel comfortable in an international working environment. Ideally, you could already collect first touch points with personal-administrative topics. You work structured, independent and you convince through your organizational talent. You communicate friendly, professional and service-oriented. Discretion and trusting handling of sensitive information are of course for you.
