In our privately run hotel between Hamburg and Bremen, the young generation took over the lead. We preserve the successful tradition, question habits, and use modern management techniques.

It is important to us that we always offer our guests an experience, according to the motto “Sammle Moments, not Things”. We are looking for authentic hosts with a high level of commitment and creative ideas.

Type of employment: Full time, part time

Technical and organizational management of our team (3 cooks, 1 kitchen aid, 2 sinks) Responsibility for the entire à la carte, banquet and conference area Designing food offerings ( á la carte and banquet) Working on the further development of our kitchen processes and structures Self-employed shopping organization Participation in regular wild processing in cooperation with our family hunters

Experience in upscale or ambitious cuisine

Structured and reliable operation and good organizational skills

Team skills and appreciation of colleagues

Creativity with simultaneous love for regional products
