As part of a re-placement, we are looking for an experienced financial accountant m/w/d to support the 5-member financial team at the next possible time in direct exchange, indefinitely and preferably in full time.

Then we look forward to your application with reference number NRI/131559 Current accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts) for several companies Examination, confirmation and booking of building and project-related input accounts (architects, GU, subcontractors, specialist planners) Implementation of bank, intercompany and account arrangements Preparation and cooperation in annual financial statements by HGB Accounting of Payment Processes, Electronic Banking Creation of reporting, evaluations and liquidity overviews Support for project financing (demands, interest rates, collateral) Accountant accompaniment of rents, operating costs and property costs for existing objects clarification of accounts and cooperation with tax advisors and auditors Cooperation in the optimization and standardization of accounting processes

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in (financial) accounting, ideally in the context of project development, real estate or group of companies with many companies such as the shipping industry Safe handling of common accounting software and MS Office Understanding HGB, Intercompany Relationships and Final Requirements Structured, precise and careful operation Teamability, discretion and responsibility German language skills
