DEIN PROFIL Study and qualification: You have a successfully completed (professional) degree in the field of (economic) informatics or in comparable areas. ServiceNow experience: Multiannual experience in consulting environment with Focus ServiceNow (acquisition, initiation and planning, conception, implementation and operation). Certifications: Certified in ServiceNow as Certified System Administrator, additional certifications are desirable as Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g. ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC) or Certified Application Developer. Technical knowledge: Very good knowledge in handling solutions and interface concepts as well as in industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript and SQL. Project methods: proven experience in project methods (waterfall, scrum or hybrid), ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
