Become a Operations Lead / Technical Product Owner part of the team “Grid Products” and is responsible for the IT product “EAM (Enterprise Asset) Management)’ Operations for our network community!

A task challenged • You lead the teams of IT Service Management, Business Support and BTP platform operation in functional and professional responsibility • You take responsibility for your IT product/IT project the entire life cycle – from the idea to the decommissioning • You work closely with the product owner of the department, e.g. in the business case creation, the design of the backlog or Priority of requirements, performance or performance Overview of IT costs and risks • You take the functional responsibility for business-relevant topics of the live houses of “EAM” and the Onboarding the rollout houses into the operating model in 2025 and 2026 • You actively support the transformation into the future ‘BizDevOps’ structure (Q1 2027) • You will become digitalization, standardization and automating the operational network processes and network construction, Maintenance, “IN/CC” and asset data as your “Daily Get to know business • You actively share your knowledge and methods with your colleagues in Chapter Product Delivery

A background that convinces • Ideally, you have at least five years of experience in leadership professional teams, preferably in the (agile) IT product/project environment, and Certifications in the fields of project management and IT operation • You speak “business” and “IT”, live a customer-oriented Working (Scrum, (Biz)DevOps, Design Thinking, SAFE, ...) and have a appropriate higher education (e.g. business informatics) completed • You have experiences in “Commercial Service Management” and/or Account Management and/or Operation Service Management • You know with the term “asset management” as part of the Network processes safely • With your curiosity on new technologies and methods you support Customers already in the Ideas phase of a new product and develop as well as your area • With your excellent verbal and non-verbal You already have communication skills in the past with the most diverse stakeholders at all levels, together Results achieved and convincing • Your open attitude and strong ability to (Self-)reflection make you a role model in the team • You speak German and English fluently (min. C1 language level)
