Work planner (m/f/d)

As a Work Preparator (m/w/d), you can support our production areas in the planning, control and optimization of production processes. You work closely with internal customers, project managers, designers and production staff, and are instrumental in successfully implementing projects in terms of quality, costs and dates.

The position is located at our EMEA plant in Hannover, Germany. That's what you expect: As a Work Preparer (m/w/d), your tasks include: Calculation and cost assessment of new equipment, machinery and constructions Implementation and coordination of feasibility analyses in close cooperation with project managers and design engineers Preparation and coordination of orders for international customers Support in the evaluation and selection of alternative suppliers Development and optimization of efficient manufacturing processes within the machine workshop procurement of materials and components for manufacturing and investment projects Control of project costs, dates and resources Coordination of the internal material flow along the manufacturing processes Creation and maintenance of work instructions for manufacturing and assembly processes Implementation of internal capacity planning together with the management of the machine workshop Development of technical manufacturing solutions in cooperation with qualified production staff Coordination of internal and external manufacturing and procurement orders Creation of monthly status reports on ongoing production projects Coordination and coordination of global transport and logistics concepts for manufactured components and machines Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental regulations and ensuring order, cleanliness and safety at work

Successfully completed training to master or a comparable qualification with extensive experience in work preparation and order processing Professional experience in a technical or manufacturing function Safe handling of MS Office and modern IT and ERP systems Basic knowledge of project management and management of technical projects Embossed team capacity as well as a cooperative and solution-oriented operation Good communication skills and the ability to work together successfully with different disciplines Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
