As part of the “Thermal Comfort & Air Quality” division, the core task of the team “Software & Functional Development THK & LQ MB.OS 2.0” is to design, implement and test the development of software functions for all future car series. The activities include the collection, processing and analysis of large amounts of data. These challenges include: You work with the development and operation of data pipelines and ETL processes You work in analysis and visualization tools, perform data analyses and advertise them You prepare data in clear form and participate in interpreting the results You support the Data Engineering and Data Analytics department in daily business You implement automated evaluation algorithms for data mining

Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics or Comparable Affinity and interest in data analysis, big data and machine learning Area-relevant software knowledge required in Python and SQL, as well as knowledge in R, Java and Scala desirable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Knowledge of how to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI desirable Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) and database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) Self-employed and structured work High automotive affinity Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
