• They are the first respondent in the Administrative Secretariat of the District Office for Citizens' Questions. They provide information and information of all kinds, the status of construction requests and provide enquiries to the relevant material processing.
• They acquire consumables and literature, manage the training budget and prepare sessions, meetings and appointments before and after.
• You are responsible for the administrative supervision of the building permit procedure.
• They support technical expertise in customer-oriented and efficient approval practice.
• They process requests from citizens for file inspection and help them with sales or sales. Purchases of existing properties to be held by important documents.
• They support the digitalization process in the building administration by maintaining, researching and re-entering important data on digitized archive files and thus make a valuable contribution to the better usability of digital data.

• You are a qualified merchant (m/w/d) for office communication or Office management or have a comparable three-year commercial training.

• They like to work in the team and with people and have a strong communication capability.
