Your tasks Cooperation in the HR Europe core team on strategic, operational and administrative issues Competent creation and consolidation of HR reporting and implementation of data analysis and data processing Support in preparing decision bases for top management Individually responsible implementation of small HR projects, e.g. the placement of internal communication channels and Participation in various personnel development measures Close cooperation with regional business partners as well as support for top management along the Employee Life Cycles Support for Europe-wide personnel request

Continuous studies in economics, economic psychology or a comparable degree course, ideally with first practical experience in human resources or adjacent areas Safe handling of popular MS Office applications such as Excel, Teams and PowerPoint Interest in the continuous expansion of our own media expertise, especially in the handling of HR software solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Service-oriented and independent mode of operation combined with strong reliability and very good communication skills High organisational skills, team orientation, hands-on mentality and pleasure in self-responsible staff work
