Study assistant / Study nurse for the Multiple Sclerosis outpatient clinic and day clinic in the Department of Neurology (m/f/d)

The clinical section in the INIMS, located between the Center for Molecular Neurobiology Hamburg (ZMNH) and the Clinic for Neurology, deals with the development of new forms of therapy for multiple sclerosis (MS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders and myasthenia gravis. For our multiple sclerosis ambulance and daily clinic, as well as neuroimmunology ambulance of the neurological clinic and polyclinic and the Institute of Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis (INIMS), we are looking for a dedicated/n Study Nurse. The task involves planning sponsors and investigator - initiated clinical studies, focus: multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders and myasthenia gravis, organization, documentation and monitoring of study patients. Your tasks: Organisational project support and care of patients: Study Documentation, Study Administration Self-creation of study documents by study protocol Participation in weekly internal seminars and meetings Preparation and implementation of monitor visions Conducting blood withdrawals and clinical functional tests Business appointment Medication management Laboratory activities This position shall be fixed for two years. An extension is sought. This position can also be occupied in parttime.

Ideally: Continuing and continuing training for student assistance Continuing training curriculum of the BÄK (at least 120 hours) or willingness to acquire a certifcation Educational curriculum (120) Ideally: Experience in conducting clinical trials Safe handling of MS Office and Excel English knowledge of Word and Writing Communication skills, coordination and organization skills, self-employment, team skills A completed continuing and continuing training as a student assistant (at least 120 hours) and corresponding professional experience with clinical studies leads to grouping into the 8 TVöD-VKA remuneration group. If this further education and training is not yet available, the temporary grouping is carried out in the 7 TVöD-VKA. We can finance a further and further education on the assistance of studies (Study Nurse).
